Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad

This salad is the perfect jump on spring.  Strawberries are bursting from the vine, plump and juicy.

When combined with a mix of velvety soft buttercrunch and crispy firm spinach leaves from the garden they make for the most delectable lunch.  The secret to this salad’s appeal is the striking  contrast between tangy berry and sweet goat cheese.  It’s melt in your mouth good!

With strawberry season upon us, this simple salad gives them center stage.
